When determining center point, we generally encourage our customers to focus on the short block itself, as that is generally where the majority of the weight is. Too much imbalanced weight can cause damage to gear box components. A broken tooth within the gear box is indicative of improper engine load, which is not covered under manufacturer's warranty.
