Fits Cummins 8.3L 12V 6C, 6CT Engines with a 19-bolt, 21" Air Intake Opening. 
If your engine has a 16" Air Intake Opening, please order part number 3802432 instead.If your engine is in a marine application and has a 21" Air Intake Opening, please order part number 4942463 instead.
Loaded cylinder head. Assembled, tested and machined in the US! This item will arrive with a full valvetrain assembly and injector cups already installed. You will just need to swap your own injectors over.  
Cylinder head casting and all components are brand new. There is no core charge associated with this item. 
Please note: Because many applications require a port on the left hand side of the cylinder head, it comes pre-drilled with a hole in this area for proper location. If your engine does not require the use of this port, you will need to tap this hole with a 1/2" pipe thread and install a plug.
