Oil Pump Fitting Instructions
This oil pump is 100% fully tested before packaged. The following points should be observed when installing: Check the pump rotates freely. Check that it has not taken on any dirt during handling. Before installing the oil pump to the engine, add normal grade oil to the pump gears. Check that the pump intake screen or pickup tube is free of any debris. Under no circumstances should the oil pump be dismantled.
