This 3679487PR Pin and Roller Kit as a repair alternative for ISX/QSX models with 14mm cam follower rollers. This kit can be used on most engines produced thru the 2002 model year. 
Each kit contains one new hardened steel roller, new pin and new lock pin which are all made in the USA.
