Fits Detroit Diesel 11.1L & 12.7L Series 60 Engine Codes EK, GK, GT, GU, SK, TK, WK or WU under 470 HP. Not to be used in engines with Serial Number higher than 6R0408505
This engine uses early-style, non-articulated, steel pistons, which bolt to the connecting rod.
Cylinder Kit 23532555 will contain: 235119624 piston kit (15:1 CR, Large OD Dome Piston), 23531249 TLC (Top Liner Cooled) liner kit, 23503747 rings (2.50mm top ring). Replaces 23532951
Heavy Duty Pros recommends use of our Premium Engine Kit for this application, as new head bolts and cam bearings are generally required during all rebuilds of the Series 60 platform.
